Caesar Salad Dressing
1 raw egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp olive oil
2 drops tobasco
2 drops worcestershire
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
beat all ingredients together with hand mixer (except parmesan).
right before dressing salad, stir in parmesan cheese
toss with romaine lettuce and croutons
