Ribs
preheat oven to 275
brush ribs with soy sauce and cover with foil
bake for 2 hours
drain fat
put on sauce and bake at 325 for 30 min
Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sherry
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp cold water
2 heaping tsp cornstarch
put all ingredients in sauce pan and continually whisk, bringing to a boil
