Spanish Rice
Leftover rice - Mom uses white, I tried it with wild rice and it was really good too
can of stewed tomatoes
cut up onion and garlic
ground chicken (or turkey or beef)
bit of worcestire
bit of chili powder
bit of ketchup
chopped pepper (I used yellow)
all fried together
