Turkey Parmigan


Bread Crumb Mixture
Panko bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese

Sauce
Tenderized turkey cutlets
1 small tin tomato paste
1 tin water
1 tblsp brown sugar
1 tblsp margarine
1 tblsp worcestire
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
pepper
salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1. preheat oven to 350

2. coat turkey in egg mixture and then dip in bread crumb mixture.

3. brown turkey

4. bring sauce to boil

5. put turkey in casserole dish and cover with sauce

6. sprinkle parmesan on sauce and cover with mozzarella cheese

7. cover with tinfoil and bake 30-45 min

8. remove foil and cook for 10-15 min until cheese is brown

Serve with rotini noodles tossed in margarine, garlic powder, parmesan and parsley
